Unfortunately, if you are sick, you will still be charged for your appointment. This does include COVID-19. Because of Leah's large demand now, she blocks off time for these calls or in-person appointments.

Due to Leah's limited availability and ongoing waitlist, we reserve the right to terminate clients from our practice if they reschedule or cancel three or more consecutive appointments. Our advice is not to book any appointment until you are absolutely positive that you will be available.

Upon booking a skin studio consultation and treatment, you will fill out an intake form online or in person and have a 15-20 minute consultation with Leah to discuss your skin concerns and budget. Leah always makes you feel comfortable and relaxed at every appointment.

We recommend budgeting anywhere from £200.00 to £500.00 if you want to get serious about your skin. Leah does not believe in pressure sales. She will recommend products that fit your price range and will schedule your next treatment. We work with all budgets, big or small, but just be open to investing in your skin!

Book a consultation if you are a first-time client. If you are a returning client and do not know what to book next, please call the office. It is best to book 3-4 more treatments at the end of your appointment to avoid any confusion.

Lucky for you, Acne Therapy can be done 100% at home! Leah may recommend peels that we do virtually or peel pads to be used. You can also text through our business line.

Please arrive on time and with a bare face. If you are coming from work and cannot remove your makeup, a cleanser will be provided, but please note this will cut into your appointment time. Please have a detailed list of products you are currently using at home, or bring them with you. Also, try not to purchase any new skincare products before your first appointment, as she will definitely be recommending a curated home care regimen for you.

Recognizing that everyone’s time is valuable and the appointment time is limited, we ask that you provide a 48-hour notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. If you fail to confirm your appointment via text confirmation, email confirmation, or the three phone calls five days prior to the appointment, we reserve the right to cancel and charge the FULL amount of the appointment.

If full payment is not received for the cancellation, you must pay this invoice prior to booking another appointment at Skin By Leah. Skin By Leah reserves the right to charge the full price of the service booked for any appointment that is not cancelled with a 48-hour advance notice. A client with three cancellations in a row risks being terminated from our studio.

No, once any product leaves our clinic, it cannot be returned. If you have a defective product or a damaged product from shipping, please bring it into the clinic so we may exchange it with the company. If you are virtual, please email photos or videos of the damaged merchandise.

Check your tracking link, please contact UPS immediately and file a claim. Unfortunately, once a package leaves our facility, there is not much we can do. We will do our best to work with you and UPS to ensure you get your goodies!
